Wont start after spring and fuel system install
Okay well i tried again and this time the pump is on while the engine is cranking, same result.and i also tried wide open and half throttle still nothing.Think Ill tear it all apart again to see if it wont go when i put it back together. If not its getting towed monday.
It sounds like you're sucking air. Try pressurizing the fuel tank with a couple pounds of air pressure (put a blow gun in the filler spout with a rag wrapped around it and give it a couple puffs). Have a buddy look for fuel leaks. A leak will be easier to find under pressure. With your pump running and the truck not running does the fuel pump stop or change sounds like it is building pressure? If it keeps running like it has no load on it it is not building up pressure ( leak). It's compression ignition if it has fuel it should start.
