My truck has like 20% of the braking it used to have and you gotta mash it to the floor to try and stop, and my heater controls dont work like they used to. Checked and i got good vaccum so i dunno what it is maybe the brake booster leaking vaccum? opinions?

 

sounds like your brake booster. i had the same problem and it turned out to be my booster. replace the master cylinder the same time. you can get a loaded booster (thats booster with cylinder on it alrady) for around 100 bucks
