Oil light

Ok so last night after about 30 mins of driving my oil light blinked 3 or 4 times and went away. Oil level is ok and oil press is normal. Anybody got a idea?

Bad sensor, bad wiring to the sensor or bad acid.

As the others have said, it'll be the sensor. They're a known weak point. Splash out the $55 for a decent gauge.
