It just started doing this last night I put the truck in reverse and it felt like it wanted to go forward put it in neutral and it started to creep forward note the was facing up a slight grade so it should have just roled backwards but it only wanted to go forward I was thinking torqueconverter its an overdrive trans if that make a difference so any input would be much appreciated thanks guys

 

Count the detents, I bet your not fully in the gear you think you are.

 

X2, that sounds like a linkage problem, hopefully that's all it is!
