Default Help identifying engine block/head sensors on 5.9L in FJ60 Landcruiser?

I have this 1982 Toyota Landcruiser FJ60 that I've dropped a first gen Cummins into. This block is a 1991 and I don't have any idea what kind of Dodge Dx50 it came out of. It ran on a barge operating a crane in it's previous life and before that, was in a truck.

Figured you guys might have a really good idea what these sensors are---some are on the head and others are on the left or right side of block. I'll somehow reference these below to make it easier to reference. I've got six sensors/electrical hookups here and two (2) hoses that I'm also curious about.

I have ideas about some of these but I'm new to this diesel thing and do appreciate any advice. Oh, yes for those of you in the know-----my engine stamped info has the following (I've had no luck searching for the engine number to come up with specific vehicle/engine information from either dealer or Cummins):

CPL 1351 B5.9-160
Engine No. 44635356
Family 403A

This is what the truck looked like last summer:

So here is the first sensor (S1) - one pin and probably is the water temp sensor? Goes into head where top radiator hose connects:

Default S2

This guy is on RT SIDE of vehicle just to left of the Oil Filter---you can see the turbo oil line just off below it. Two-pin and maybe some heater thing?

first one is a water temp sensor (as you had guessed) and you're spot on for the 2nd one too. thats the block heater, find a cord and you'll be in operation

Default S3 and S4 on top of intake manifold behinde crossover heater

These two puppies are on LEFT SIDE of engine on top of the intake manifold just behind the heater. Let's call S3 the one closest to heater and S4 behind S3 toward firewall.

Default S5

This is a single pin pickup or other device (oil?) going into LEFT SIDE of block, just behind end of reservoir for power steering:

Default S6

This is in head and I don't see more than one (not like it would have one for each cylinder). It is on LEFT SIDE engine just behind and up from WIF filter.

Default S7 and S8 WIF Filter

S7 I'm calling the two-wire thing coming out to side of the manual release to purge water from the filter here. S8 is a two-wire thing on the top of the screw-on base for the WIF.

S7:

S8 (at top of filter):

S7 goes to the water in fuel light. IIFC when water makes contact across the terminal in the filter it completes the circuit and turns the light on in the cab.
