Some noob questiosn 3200 rpm spring etc

Is the Cummins limited to 3200 rpm or is the pump limited to 3200rpm and half the speed of the crank? What is the max RPM anyone has gotten out of the VE pump?

The spring limits the engine to around-about kinda sorta somewhere close to 3200 RPM. I've spun mine 4k. Unlike the P-Pump the VE does not make much power that high, the plungers wont fill with fuel fast enough.
