I just hope I don't have to dig into that Dana 70's brakes or do any line work. They all look clean but I won't know until I get a good bleed and ride.

Now once I get the booster and master on and its time to bleed the entire truck...whats this I hear about steering right to left that will help bleed? I was just going to gravity bleed the entire truck and then have a friend help do a real bleed.

Turning the wheel won't get air out of the brake lines. It might make it easier to access the bleeder screw? Maybe someone was working on a system with hydroboost when they talked about that? If you were trying to bleed the hydroboost system, I could understand it since that's tied into the power steering system.

Makes sense. I was just going to do a full bleed but was curious about what steering wheel could do.

whoever that was they were probably talking about bleeding out a new steering gear box or power steering pump. that wont do anything to the brakes. just bleed em starting with the back right. then back left, then front right, then front left.
