I was wanting to know if it will hurt anything to run cooking oil with my diesel or to even run straight cooking oil?

 

my uncle ran cooking oil and he filtered his oil probably half a dozed times before putting it in his truck so it looked like new. he had a 100 gal tank in the bed with a heater and more filters before the pump. after running oil for 2 years number 6 injector failed and burnt down the cylinder. they determined the oil was the cause. his system was much cleaner than anyone you can buy also.

 

Dont mix veggie oil and diesel. If you want to run veggie oil, you MUST have a dedicated fuel system for it, separate of the diesel.

 

yea thats what my uncle did. ran on diesel till the oil was warmed up enough then he switched to the oil.

 

So what's the difference if u heat it or just run it when its warm outside?
