Talk to Brice from Big Bad Diesel. He can hook you up with whatever you need or want, they are a great group of guys. Here's the link to his site:

Dont get too crazy with turning the pump up. Bad things can happen.... take it easy till you get the money for other much needed upgrades The best thing you can do to these trucks is throw a 32k spring in. Its a very cheap upgrade that makes a world of a difference, but if your aren't very mechanically inclined i would have someone do it for you or help you with it. Injectors aren't necessarily needed, from what I've heard the stock injectors will hold you to 300 horse. Head studs aren't a necessity either but when you decide you want to start pushin a more boost with a bigger turbo I would recommend them. Hope my info helped ya bud, welcome to the First Gen world!

i just bought one a couple months
ago, and am collecting parts to put
on a 3rd gen turbo. got the 4" down
pipe, and wastegate plug. i bottomed
out the star wheel, turned the fuel
pin 90 degrees, and thats all i did to
the pump. made a nice difference. also
put a dnr tps delete pot on it.
