So i have a 97' cummins parts truck that has the 47re auto tranny in it. I really want to make use out of it so i dont have to try and find a 47rh tranny so im try to get infor together to see if i can convert it to a 47rh. I know people have done it but me and my tranny guy arent really sure about it yet. But i was thinking since i have the truck the tranny would be coming out of do any of you think i could make the 47re work in my truck if i were to use the power control unit for it?
