Will a ht3b with a 26cm undivided housing bolt straight up to a 1990 non intercooled 12v?

no its not a T3 Flange you will need an adapter

A T-4 to a T-3 adapter, to be precise.

I assume all HT3B's are T-4's anyhow.


I assume that you also know a HT3B with a 26cm housing right off a first gen manifold isn't going to accomplish much?
