I have heard with free pump mods a person can get close to 250. Whether that is true i am not sure i have not dynoed mine, either way it is a noticable gain, as long as you have a pyrometer to monitor egt's.

Adjusting your pump and changing your timing will only do so much. You have to go to the end of the hose if you really want to see it spray a little harder. Alot of new to diesel guys with common rails or 24v will program it but not upgrade their injectors or at least their nozzles. Your gains through pump adjustment will be greater if you increase your injector/nozzle size and your line size.

dont know what you have done to your truck butt if you buy a fuel pin for 110 and a 20 dollar gov spring your truck will have 3 times the pep it used to and you can turn the pump up a little butt without gauges i would be carefull and with the extra fuel you need extra air soo fab up yourself a custom intake and with about 150 bucks spent on your fuel pin gov spring and material for your intake and your free pump mods your truck wont be the same man good luck
