Default Brake issue

just replaced the master cylinder but when i first start driving the brakes lock up at the touch of the pedal. it doesnt take long and there fine bt what the hell is wrong?

Its actually only the right rear locking up. When its pretty cold is when it occurs most and if its raining alot. Sugestions??

on the bottom of the drum there is a little rubber piece you popo out and use a screwdriver to tighten not sure if you go the opposit direction it will loosen then butt its worth a try
