HEADLIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Can somebody please tell me the right way to adjust headlights? i just replaced a couple of cracked adj. screws and need to re-align I cant remember park close to wall and mark then back up how many feet and adjust to what hieght? I have not had to do this for over 20 years and i cant remember. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO RESPOND.

This is from my manual...
1. Position masking tape vertically in reference to the vehicles center line and center lines of both head lights.
2. Position a horizontal line in reference to the center line of all head lights.
Note: it may be easier to position the lines on the wall with the vehicle parked only a few inches away.
3. Adjustment should be made with the vehicle parked 25 ft. away from the wall.
4. Starting with the low beam adjustment, position the high intensity zone so it is 2 inches below the horizontal line and 2 inches to the right of the head light verticle line.
5. With the high beams on, the high intensity zone, should be vertically centered with the exact center just below the horizontal line.
