does any body have any tricks to turning the screw that lets it have more throttle? i will post a pic of it circled in red. thanks in advance

i want to just adjust it. but i can't turn it, it is like its stuck or something.

it helps... and i put vice grips on mine... in the middle.. be careful... get the tight... once u bust it loose u should be able to turn it with your fingers or lightly with needlenose..

it will just let you have more rpms
