Have you properly adjusted the back brakes?
Basically you lift the rear (both sides) then pull out the little rubber nubbin on the inside of the drum backing, and rotate the adjusting wheel (down) until they tighten up, and then loosen them till they're barely free. You might also want to bleed it all out, while you're back there, and also bleed the RWAL on the rear of the frame.
