anyone knoe the precision brand part# for a bolt and strap kit to clamp the front u joint to the pinion. or any napa part # for it.

Nah, the U-Bolts/Straps and nuts/bolts can be purchased as a standard replacement set. Any quality parts house should be able to look them up for you based on the typical information you provide. One box will contain that needed for one universal joint (2 ~ U-bolts or Straps, 4 ~ nuts or bolts).

It's recommended FSM procedure to replace the U-bolts/Straps and nuts/bolts every time they are removed (single use only).
