Injector #5 Leak

Injector #5 Leak
Injector #5 has been leaking on my truck for a while now and im gettin frustrated. 
I cannot for the life of me figure out why. I pulled the line off and checked it out. I can honestly say im lost. Is it possible for an injector to come out of its seat? Thanks for any info.
