i want to put 19.5s on my 91 dually and cant find adaptrs for it. anyone know were to get them?

i wanted a pic of the trk with this post but cant seem to get it there!!!! i guess nobody knows were to get the adaptrs for the alcoa 19.5 wheels im wantin to put on my 91. guess i will keep lookin around????
