most dually wheels IIRC are hub centric, meaning they are centered by the hub, and use flat lug nuts. The other situation is lug centric, where the wheel is centered by the lug nuts, and the lug nuts are tapered where they go into the wheel.
What wheels are you running? Every alcoa I've seen is hub centric, even SRW wheels. If the holes in the wheel are beveled, use a tapered lugnut. if they aren't, get the alcoa lugnuts. I haven't yet found a decent replacement for the alcoa nuts, theirs are pretty sweet.
