i would say lift pump, with the new mods it probably cant keep up especially if it loses power after the turbo spools.

After you get the fueling sorted out, barring a bad lift pump or injector, you might want to think about doing a compression test (when i took the screwdriver to my pump and started blowin' coal, my head gasket only put up with it for about 15 minutes)
