I appologize about asking a question that im sure has been answered dozens of times(I know I've seen the answer at least once, and just forgotten what it was) but I am unable to track it down in the archives.

i just want to know the sizing of the stock injectors in these trucks, and the size difference between intercooled/NIC injectors(i know the tips are different, just the hole count and size)

Non I/C 9mm shank VCO DSLA155 P104 4x0.014"
Intercooled 7mm shank VCO DSLA145 P265 6x0.010"

 

Wow! Thats bigger than I thought, so I am given the impression here that the guys claiming that their 5x10's are a +40HP injector are out to lunch then? (maybe just 40HP in total ), guess that explains the price tag...

 

5x10's are probably 40hp over stock my 5x12's are 90hp over in my 98 with a 180 pump

 

OK...question based upon "confusion".... INJECTOR REPLACEMENT for stock 93 5.9... with stock pump, KN and 3.5-4" exhaust...

What size can I upgrade to without having to make other mods? And...can I safely tweek to rotary pump in relation too...
