When i broke one of mine, i got a replacement from a local fuel injection shop, they called it an "updated" piece, higher strength, it was just a 6mm bolt with the threads machined off of it on 2 sides, 6 bucks.

go get a bolt that fits from the hardware store and hit it with a grinder or file?

I dont think so. Its just air pressure that goes through there to push that diafragm down when the turbo spools, so i would say 2 holes works just as well as 3 holes. If you notice a power difference, then find a drill press and drill 2 more holes half the size of the ones that are there now. (idk if drilling more holes works, but thats what i would do)

Ok i broke my banjo bolt to and was wondering where to get one of these bolts or can i make one like DirtyDozen posted? If i found a bolt that worked as far as the threads being the same could i just grind off two sides of it and that would work the same as the holes in the factory one?

I cant find that bolt any where. Ive called the dealer and its discontinued and no dealer in the u.s. has one and googled the dodge part number, no luck.

So if someone can help me out, itd be greatly appreciated. I would like to have a stock pile of these so i dont run into this situation again .

Thanks in advance guys.
