Hmm. Is there a mechanic in town that will diagnose it for free?

If Turbo is fine and everything else is fine. I think your timing is way off. you will have to reset cam, to crank, then get the pump aligned. Unfortunately for you I have nothing in my database that has a shop nearby that could help you.

The closets one that could is:

Fuel Injection Sales & Service Inc
5332 Tilghman St
Allentown, PA 18104
(610) 395-3718

Give them a call and see what they say for you? Because this obviously in need of attention, and it is hard to diagnose through the thread.

If you know of a few shops in your area, let me know? That way I can check them out, and add them.

It sounds like the timing is off. Retarded timing= high egts, white smoke.Advanced timing= hard starting in cold temps, high cylinder pressure, lower egt's. You could be 180 off but I don't know if it would run being that off. Also check for leaks,it could be sucking air.

10 psi of boost is a little low. Stock it should make 15-20 psi.

sounds like the best bet would be on timing
