going to paint my 92 250. anybody done any paint on the chrome? seen some guys paint their grilles black an paint the chrome mirrors black. anybody done this? best way to do it?

its a 92. they are not the 3 point mirrors so they are plastic. not sure of the best way to prep them? same deal with the grille

Krylon makes that Fusion paint for plastic, its a no prep paint, but since it is chrome you may need to scuff it a bit. I used it on lawn furniture for my Dad, and it worked great.
