Default Best frame paint

Hi I have 1998 Chevy k2500 work truck that I'm going to paint the frame on. What paint holds up to being outside, in the northeast salty winters and general abuse from me. I will not be powder coating it and I will not be sandblasting it, I will be only wire wheeling it. Would por15 be good on wire wheeled metal or will it peel off. I have need strongly considering rust seal by kbs coatings and Eastwood paints. What seen the best for my application? I know there's many other threads on this but people are normally applying it to sanblasted metal or rust but not semi clean wire wheeled metal.
