91 dodge 2500

No OD. changed vss, kick down cable and adjusted tps. Found bare wires at trans for od.

Still no OD. Dont know if ecm sending signal to tran.

The SBEC is providing ground for the solenoid. The SBEC monitors your Vehicle Speed and Throttle position. If one of these 2 sensors isnt working then it wont go into OD. If you can plug into the Controller and see the codes it will most likely tell you whats wrong. you will need a DRB-II,DRB-III, or an aftermarket scanner like a Snap-On.
