Default low power

So im searching for the cause here.Ive been hunting this down for 6 months.History on the 4bt.Changed fuel filter, new lift pump, new 75horse edm injectors,I bought used replacement injection pump to remedy the problem, but it only returned.I ran a heavy amount of bad fryer oil and biodiesel through the tank last summer.Probably 30 gallons un mixed filtered veggie oil and 20 gallons of preped b100.In out titration tests our oil was extremely acidic,as it had sat for months in the weather before changing.I ran into a wal with filter clogging issues almost right away.I installed a clear prefilter and kept it on for 5000 miles till all the crud wasnt showing up.My fuel is now clear(petrol diesel only)but im having power issues.Im pickup in the tank has been removed.Im wondering if glycerin is clogging the pickup.i get a good 6psi at the filter but it pulsates severely sometimes.should i drop the tank?

there is an enzyme that you can buy (I'm assuming you have algae in your tank)

I will try to find the name for you.
