hi I have a 1st gen 1993 cummins swapped into a 2003 ram 1500 here's some things that have been done...
full head rebuild o ringed cylinder heads arp head studs. pin of death removed. 1993 4 speed tranny. resonator. oil water separator. fass fuel system. new big turbo pushing up to 40 psi . denny delete kit. straight exhaust turbo back to 6 inch stack. 2500 leafs springs. rear airbags. new position rear gears. 4inch suspension lift 3 inch body lift. 37s on 18inch rims light bar led fogs led rear light bars. all new injectors. no gauges work but the speed gauge so all aftermarket gauges temp boost egt . 12 inch type r sub amp and capacitor all under rear seat. screen. lots of fun pretty quick very loud

 

 

Here are my 2. 1st picture is my 1990 D350. Not running. 2nd is my 1993 W250. 128k miles. Also, if anybody in the Northern California Sacramento area would like to help me get my D350 running, let me know. I'm kinda new here. Thanks for looking.
