For profile you first need to go to user CP it's at the top of the page. after clicking that go to the control panel on the left side of the screan, go to Edit Avatar. after clicking Edit Avater go to the bottom of the page clich on browse and it will take you to your pics pick the one you want than click save changes. do you have photo bucket?
