tranny mounts, engine mounts, carrier bearing, u-joint (even though they are new), rear end... That should get you started.

 

the driveline was completely rebuilt brand new when i built the truck and it never did that when i had the old auto trans in it. rear end is also rebuilt. engine mounts are brand new energy suspension polyurethane from autoworld mt and the clutch is a brand new southbend. im thinking the trans mounts are toast they look pretty bad. but i got a couple more days till i get it back on the road i gotta shorten my driveline for this new axle its way bigger

 

Have ya had any luck in finding out what the "klunk" was??

 

well i drove it last night for the first time since i put the new rear end in it and it is still the same so rear end is out of the quesion. driveline was out and shortened and inspected and everything was just fine (as it should be with all new joints and bearings in it). im still leaning towards the tranny mounts which i am not sure yet how im going to fixe it seeing as its not a normal dodge crossmember.
