I have a '93 cummins that i just picked up and em starting to build up. It has a 5 speed intake, and working on making a single stack right now. Pyro and boost gauges. 160,000 miles. Newly rebuilt injection pump. And i'm looking at doing performance upgrades to it to make around 400hp and a lot of torque. What is the first performance upgrade i should do.......injectors, turbo, injection pump upgrades, etc......??? I will be using the truck for daily driving and work here and there. I'm not worried about black smoke(i love it). I just want a lot of power and torque, i just don't want to over do it cause i want my truck to last.

Gauges is the first place to start. Dont do anything til you do that. Then start looking aroun in the 1st gen sticky.
