I checked over the lines only place it leaks is from the bolt
I doubt that's the problem because that hole should always be above the fuel level if it's on top of the tank. Air is obviously being sucked into the fuel supply somewhere. You just have to find the leak.

If it has a weak lift pump would that mater being there is a high flow fuel pump on the frame rail that i installed? or is the lift pump acting as a restriction to the external fuel pump.
so you ran the high flow pump to the stock lift pump then to the injector pump???

You might not see any sign from a little rusted pinhole until you pressurize the tank.

Is the fuel heater and filter assembly tight?

if you are already using a pull cable just take the solenoid out and take the rubber plunger out. then put the solenoid back in without it. problem solved

If so, that would make the first time I ever heard of air entering the system through the shutdown solenoid.

Yea the solenoid is gutted now. the heater and filter assembly is tight all the fittings look good and yea i think that it still has the factory lift pump and my high flow pump is just there. However sometimes if i shut off the elec pump it is more prone to dieing. Which makes me think the factory lift pump is going out.
