i haven't changed my oil in my 97 nissan maxima in almost two years running wiht amsoil. oil in the engine still looks brand new

 

3 months 3000 miles you guys got to remember i get this stuff for cheep and the truck gets the **** beet out of it i do this on all of our/my rigs just force of habit been doing it for years

 

I go about 5k before I change it but I use the premum Blue 15w40 an a wix oil filter and on my fuel I got two filters on it the stock and one off a detroit I change them any where from 6 months to a year but mines a daily driver and sometimes trailer puller
