I am building a Crew cab Dually if it makes you feel anybetter. Its nice to see an example of the finished product. I am also building a CC shortbed for my dad. Thanks for posting up the pics.

the reason i ask about the 4 door diesel 1st gen is my wife and i are thinkin a four door with a camper shell would be our next family rig for her to drive, but it sounds like she will have to make due with a lesser diesel. Oh well.

youd actually be surprised. a family friend of outs has a full size 4 door crew cab 96 dually 2wd cummins. he said he got it straight from the factory and had to have it shipped across the nation to get it here. i dont know what the price tag on it was but i know its a factory deal they did. ive never seen another one of those either
