got more smoke

ok so after reading lots on here i turned my starwheel (only one turn) and it smokes more and gave a little more power, i also sanded the little plastic washer thats, i'm gonna say below the fuel pin

toss the washer in the glove box, esspecially with that DennyT pin, its not needed.
