Default 3200rpm fuel pin

I purchased yesterday the 3200 rpm fuel pin, since the intallation cost is outrageous to intall a $20 spring i tried to intall it myself. while taking it apart i somehow managed to strip one of the four main allen wrench bolts holding the main cover on. does anyone have any tricks to getting this off?

5mm alan keys with the ball-ends can be your friend for the bolt under the idle screw. it'll keep you from having to removing the idle screw to pull the bolt out.

use jimbo's advice and make sure the allen is full seated in the screw. also get your hands on a little bit of valve grinding compound. the gritty texture adds a little more bite.
