I bet gas frames are the same..............you need to look closly at em bro..............just measure width and look at thickness....should be easy

I think diesel frames have a larger channel.

x2. im pretty sure the gassers have weaker frames. i got frames everywhere but i dont think you want to drive to california

no the part number on all of our body style trucks are the same on 1/2 3/4 or 1 ton, you can use any frame, they only beefed them up in 93 1/2. one of the guys at work is a dodge nut to the core hes got all the factory manuals for our body style, including all the part numbers. we got into a fight about it made a but and i lost

frame sizes are different from gas to diesel with the possible exception of the 1 ton gasser...

I also have FSMs floating around but I will have to dig for them...


Fishing is AWESOME up in "God's Country"... Too bad I am living/working in Chicago

The truck I will be scrapping is a 92 W250 CTD, regular cab... I am using it for a donor for my Crew Cab so not much will be left except the frame...

77 D-250 gas crewcab to a 92 W-250 cummins. Sectioned right under front seat.

There's a truck body guy here in New Jersey (Califon) that does this kind of work all the time on BIG trucks...tandems, tri-axles, and so on.

great pictures steve....I will be sure to post pictures showing job step by step when I do it....found a matching chassis 150 mi from my house up near my hunting cabin in upstate ny,,,,... ..will be checking it out next week-end... gota work this week-end to pay for chassis!!#%#&#%@%#^#^!!

seems like we all gotta do stuff this weekend we don't want to..... best friends 3 year anniversery to dating this wasked chick. who happons to be best friends with my girlfriend...... now we all gotta go to the philli zoo, and i just love big groups of people. kinda like i would love to get the clap. oh well the ol lady will be happy tho

10 months later and i still haven't found a frame....and the the old chassis is leaving me reminders on the driveway every morning of it condition especially when i load crap in the bed...bushing are shot and im afraid to tow anything ......anyone....in the n.y metro area within 200 mi or so got one 93 ...250..ext..cab frame only.....i got new spring hangers shackels, body and bed bushings,straps for tank..wire harness..tail lights....just need a frame.......for a reasonable price.....will barter a bow hunt on 200 ac. farm in suffolk county long island...with dinner and accommodations 5 min from hunting.....
