front end hops
#11
My first gen has 33''x12.50 15 tires on 15x8 wheel's with no steering stabilizer,it has 227000 miles with no sign's of any suspension parts being replaced. It drives fine no death wobble. My 74 had a problem with death wobble I tried a double steering stabilizer and it helped but I kept damaging them while rockcrawling.I broke one of the angle shims that came with my 4" front spring's so I removed the shim's it helped! Then I replaced the Dick cepek 40" tires with 42" Super swamper's and it was gone and now the steering stabilizer is hangin out on my shop wall.

ok guys sorry it took me so long to reply. last nte i was changing out my snow tires and puttin my rims back on. i checked wheel bearings 1st thang and they were tight as a ticks a$$. then i started to turn the rotors and notcied that were real easy to turn then they would get very difficult to turn. i believe it is a warped rotor on the left causing the biggest hop. the right has a little grab to it. ill probably get both turned. this sound like a logical reason ? thanks for all the inputs guys

Yeah what he said, also check your brake hoses. And another thing check your back brakes if they are not working properly they will make the front brakes do all the work and warp the rotors.
