After installing a new turbo, still have problems. The truck runs good BUT, it's blowing oil out the exhaust, out the dipstick, and anywhere it can blow it. Some say a blown head gasket, some say a galded cylinder. What do you guys say? Help

 

Also if anyone can give advice, please email me at srtom56@hotmail.com. Need to know which direction to go with this oil blowing problem.

 

I merged your two threads togather, no reason for both.

is your turbo a "new" turbo or a used one.

Have you done a compression check?

Sounds like you've got alot of base compression. Might be time for a rebuild

 

Thanks guys for everything. Have to go to Arkansas for a 3 month job. Guess it's time to leave it and have her rebuilt. Afoot, but have the co. truck, so I will just have her done. Thanks again.
