A buddy and i have a old gen 1 for a project truck.. do they make any performance turbos for a truck this old its an 89 ,thanks for the help

 

ya i think it depends on wat ur looking for

 

you can get a phat shaft 62 or 64
htt makes some its just the down pipe that is made different

 

depending on how much you want to mod the truck you can put just about any turbo on it. you just have to find the right one for how much fuel your going to push and air you need to flow

 

any T3 flange turbo will fit our trucks. but you do have to remember there are T3 flanges for gas jobs too. i believe it's ATS that makes the "big foot" exhaust manifold and it has a T4 flange; but that IMO is way too excessive for a street truck. so in general if you're shopping for a turbo as long as its for model years 94-02 i can tell you 100% that they'll bolt up.
