I realize this is an old thread but the part number in post 7 (4428549) is still a good number. From Dodge it's $130. Amazon $110 (free shipping) and a couple online Dodge parts places have it for about $90 plus shipping. I had to buy one today for my 92 W250 5 spd Cummins. Mine came apart going down the road. The stub with the speed sensor on it came out of the rest of it and the gear fell out.

 

I’ve looked everywhere and can not find this sensor has anyone recently found one of a fix to use the new one that I can find
