When its cold out, after truck sat all night, I can go out and I would turn the key, wait for the wait to start light goes off and then start it, first try will not start the truck but the second time starting would fire up, kinda rough idle at 500-550 then kinda go up to 700-750 after little bit. Also noticed sometime's when first start cold my volt meter would go crazy moveing left to right left to right and my pyro at the same time would go crazy going to 1300 then to 250 then back up intll alittle while then everthing would be fine. Anyone know what could be going on?

well give the truck a 1/4 throttle when cold start it will fire up also the amp guage going nuts is the intake heater kicking on and off
