I doubt its the clutch.Im still betting on fuel delivery.Get a psi guage and check the lift pump pressure.I tapped my pump feed line to measure fuel pressure while driving.It should read 7psi at idle.If not id suspect a bad lift pump that didnt like the change in fuel demand.Heavy foot will get mine down to 3psi.I have a turned up 4bt 183hp 363ftlbs.
