Default Intercooling my 91.0

I've got a non ic 1ton. What all parts would I need from a 91.5+ truck to make mine intercooled? Or is there an aftermarket kit I can use? What's the price difference going to be and what advantages will it bring? Thanks!

i have a 90 i intercooled, this i what i did: godspeed 4"x12"x30" intercooler off of ebay,
3" piping kit off of ebay(gotta look at the import stuff) all my couplers came from www.max-redline.com i got a 1st gen intercooled intake horn from commins power systems, i had to "shave" my grill for the ic to fit but i still have my stock grill in place. i had to flip the intake cover around so the intake horn would clear the master cylinder, and had to extend my intake heater wires. umm if i had to do it again i would have gotten piping made for the truck instead of doing it myself. we got a local guy that does that kinde of stuff the guy does amazing work. i may still get him to make me a set of pipes. ummm.......
it took me a friday night and the rest of the week end to do
oh i forgot i got my clamps from five star international
i lost 300* off of my egts and the truck seems to run a lot better
i did however lose like 7psi....din't seem to make a difference
hope this helps

That's because the charge-air entering the engine is now denser (cooler). The intercooler is doing it's job.

Nice work pulling all the parts together and putting it together. Atleast when you start something you finish it. Nice work

it took a little to get the piping right but the end result was worth it. think i only have about $600 into it.
