Default fuel system

with pump tweaked a little should i need a fuel system before injectors i would like to get at least 80 horse or will i be ok with factory lift pump

A low pressure piston lift pump seems to be a recommended upgrade. The only real way to know is to get a fuel pressure gauge and keep an eye on it.

i guess factory my lift pump is in the tank right

Factory lift pump is on the side of the motor, mechanical like the older gasser motors.

Airdog would be a bit more pricey than the mechanical upgrade but it's a LOT better system.
