well as a good businessman you want to treat your customers as good or better than you would expect to be treated by someone else

EX.

he messed up i told him nicely you messed up please fix it i will pull it out and pay for parts you do the labor for free..... not so bad i would have taken this option

he says ok bring the truck up here and let me drive it so i had it trailered up there and we dropped it off for a few hours i come back and say well he tells me i didn't even drive it be case unless you want to pay me another 150 up front i dont want anything to do with it it aint my fault....... big mistake

what he didn't know that i know all about the BAR the BBB and have been mechinicin on big-rigs and heavy equipment for the last 7 years and iam laid off so i have alot of free time to pursue this matter........

now i offer him one more time to fix it (as first stated) or refund my money $150 all this is through writing with the BBB and the BAR

he still says no

now due to me getting BAR involved they snooped around and found that he did not use proper paperwork with me guess what $1000 fine for that

i open my trany up and find all this Bull and damages that were caused by his lack of care during assembly and it cost me as of today 297.65 in screwed up parts........if he would of taking the first option he could have avoided 1000.00 from BAR 150.00 in refund and i would have forked out the 297.65 for the parts not knowing what the reasing was but no

so as of now he owes me 447.65 and BAR 1000.00

he refuses to pay me the 447.65

well guess what BAR sided with me and is providing me with solid evidence that he was at fault and a lawyer to take this to court

so they advised me to sue for a realistic repair meaning if i were someone that didn't know anything and i took the whole truck to another shop to have ALL the work done local high was

Remove and install transmission 655.00
rebuild 1220.00
parts 585.94
me being troubled and without my only vehicle 200.00

so just for being a douchebag and not fixing your its gonna cost you $3108.59 to me and another $1000.00 to bar totaling $4108.59 oh and a bad rap by the word of mouth

let this be a lesson to anyone who think of screwing the most normal playing innocent guy that walks in to your shop! he just might be like me .....your worst nightmare

and guys dont get me wrong iam not like all the other sue happy americans that when you tell there kid to shutup the next thing you know they own your house
