Inj. pump mods make no change
Hi, I did all the modifications to my inj. pump, but it made no difference in smoke or power. It is very slow on take off, and not much power on hills. When I look down the bore where the diaphragm and pin go I see no pin in there to ride on the tapered shaft, could it be stuck in, and causing it not to get enough fuel, if so what is the fix? rebuild kit or rebuilt pump? if so, where can I get them? Thanks for your help.

you wont see the pin unless you gently open the throttle but only a bit then it will pop out
then befor you put the fuel cone back in push the little pin back in! hope that made sence
have you changed the fuel filter???
are you sure you are getting full throttle? the throttle cables stretch quite a bit!!
being that you have a non ic motor you should feel a huge difference with just pump mods!!
just with pump mods i made 100hp and 200tq over stock!!!!

I had the same problem with mine and I had to take the throttle lever off and behind it is a plug its an allen wrench plug I took it out and then you can push it back in .Make sure you put your tapered shaft in where you need it first then push it in that should fix it.

Inside the hole is where the pin is at.That is what your pushing back in.

On mine the pin would stick and it actually felt weaker.I only figured it out because i took ot back apart and the diaphram would come out with out turning the tapered shaft.
