A couple of you all were right on, I know from experience that washers from the hardware store will vary greatly in tolerance. I want the proper parts and have yet to find the part numbers for the injector washers and fuel return-line.

gun metal did you get the washers yet? i sent them out and i got return to sender so i resent them thursday

Not sure why it said return to sender, just double checked the address I gave you and it's correct. Unless it was insufficient postage.
I will go check the mail and post a follow up later.

the first gen part number is dpe59010. 1 standing for 1st gen.

will a set of 97 12v injectors fit in a 92 12v head? Let me know asap thanks

they will go in the head but the injector lines wont fit them and the pop pressure will be off.
