First gen 12v NON-IC injector o-ring kit

Need a rebuild kit for a NON-IC first gen (NON-IC has larger injectors than the 91.5+ IC)
All I'm finding is the kit for the intercooled.

My truck is fixin to be intercooled, but it is a NON-IC 1990 model.

Thank you

I'm confused... What are you looking for?

I need copper sealing washers that go between injector and cylinder head, also need washers for fuel line return.

What most parts houses call an injector install kit.
The 1st gen has larger injectors so I thought it may take different sealing washers.

preciate it!

PS. Injector install kit listed for 94+ 12 valves is part # DPE59000

ive done that before as well its a simple answer. go to your local auto parts store and buy the copper washer set its like 10 bucks for like 150 copper washers. use the 5mm ones on the return line and a larger one on the injectors. easiest way to do it. i bought some from the dealership for about 4 bucks a piece and they do the exact same thing

What year truck you have? The non-I/C trucks have 9mm injectors. The I/Ced trucks have 7mm injectors, same as teh 2nd gen 12v's. Call the injector shop of your choice. They can hook you up!

thats absolutely absurd.the sealing washer sets the injector depth.without the correct depth, you wont run right.

true i didnt read that but stillcummin is correct dont use just any old washer and to tltruckparts i would put $ on the fact that your not spraying 100% in the bowl and washing the cylinder walls with fule :booo:

tltruckparts 11-14-2009 03:18 PM

the ones ive used that came in my kit were the exact same size as the ones that i took off the old injectors. they were literally identical to the ones i bought from the dealership
